Returns: All personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. In the rare event we make a mistake please contact us immediately and we will work to rectify this is a timely manner.

Sizes: Check our size charts, we cannot return or exchange any items once they have been personalised.

Care of your items: Please hand wash all items were possible, if using a washing machine we recommend a cold delicate wash. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY and DO NOT IRON over the persoanlisation. If you do need to iron then do so on the reverse.
